Join Copper Bear winemaker Jesse Giacomelli. This limited production winery handcrafts bold small lot Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from some of the most prized vineyards in the world. With only a handful of grand cru vineyards in Napa Valley, Jesse is fortunate to work with several of them to make his powerful Cabernets and purposeful rosès. Dinner will highlight 5 highly sought after Copper Bear wines as they pair with Chef Sidney Goodman's creatively coursed menu.
