About the event
After a visit and lunch at the Blue Rock Estate a couple years ago, we were hooked. Their wine is perfectly developed to compliment food from around the world. They also grow other fruit and make some amazing olive oil. Their integration of food and wine has inspired Chef Sidney and he will be using a number of thier ingredients in his pairings. This 5 course wine dinner will be one for the ages with both the food and wine as the highlights.
